Lady Bug Lab Service
We will collect your Laboratory sample at your home or office and transport the samples to the Laboratory that your insurance and/or health care provider utilizes.
Insurance covers lab testing, but not collection and transportation. Our services are "Fee for Service" and payment is due at time of service unless billing arrangements are made in advance.
$15.00 Phlebotomy Service and Specimen Transport Service
$10.00 Specimen Pick up only (Other than blood)
$30.00 Special Kit Collection and Preporation
Additional $10.00 for all STAT/Same Day Service
Please note: We must first receive your laboratory orders from your health care provider before any services can be rendered.
